Amari Global Return & Exchange Policy
At Amari Global, we engineer footwear for the modern executive. We want you to step into every room with absolute confidence. If your order does not meet the Amari Standard, or if the fit isn't absolutely perfect, we are here to make it right.
1. The "Perfect Fit" Free Size Exchange Guarantee
We understand that buying premium footwear online can come with sizing anxiety. That is why we offer a 100% Free Size Exchange on all footwear.
If your shoes are too tight or too loose, we will replace them with the correct size at no additional delivery cost to you.

Timeframe: You must request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your delivery.

Condition: The shoes must be completely unworn, uncreased, and in their original, undamaged Amari packaging. (Please try your shoes on indoors on a soft, carpeted surface to prevent scuffing the soles).

Process: Once your exchange is approved, we will arrange for the retrieval of the original pair and immediately dispatch your new size.
2. Standard Returns & Refunds
If you simply change your mind and wish to return your item for a refund, we accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a full refund:

The item must be in its original, pristine condition—unworn, unscuffed, and uncreased.

The item must be returned with all original packaging, including dust bags, tissue paper, and the Amari brand box.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For standard returns (not size exchanges), the customer is responsible for the return shipping/dispatch costs to our Lagos fulfillment hub.
3. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our premium quality standard for all customers, we strictly cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Shoes that show visible signs of wear, outdoor use, or scuffed soles.

Leather or suede that has been creased, stained, or brushed aggressively.

Items returned without their original brand box.
(If a returned item arrives at our hub in an unacceptable condition, it will be rejected and sent back to the customer).
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
We maintain strict quality control before dispatching any order. However, if you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery). We will cover all shipping costs to retrieve the incorrect item and expedite the delivery of your flawless replacement.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the process, please reach out to our dedicated support team. Have your Order Number and Waybill details ready.

Provide Details: State whether you need a size exchange (include the new size required) or a refund. Please attach a clear photo of the unworn shoes and the soles for quick approval.

Repackage: Place the shoes back in the Amari box exactly as you received them.

Dispatch: Our team will provide you with the address of our Lagos hub or coordinate a rider pickup depending on your location.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item is received at our Lagos hub and inspected by our quality control team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately and credited back to your original method of payment (or via direct bank transfer) within 3 to 5 business days.
